Part 1 Account Detail Screen: Training your Collectors will lead you to links with the important videos needed for training your collectors AND management in understanding how to log in, the account detail screens, inquiry, and other important items your collectors will need to be presented with accounts.
Part 9 Clerical Videos, Payment and return checks, Direct payments and Reversals, Client Payments, Processing Credit Cards and Posting Checks is another important area for your clerical personnel to understand parts of their day to day operation.
