Field level help: Putting your cursor on a field and hitting the help button. Our goal is to have help on every field, on every screen. Tip: If an option has multiple fields, put the cursor on the first field and hit help.

The Knowledge Base: This is where we put training information and questions that require extra details. This is an invaluable service and one you should visit often.  The link can be found by clicking here 

Starting a conversation:

  • Support: On the same page as our Knowledge Base, we have an option to “Start a conversation”. This is where you can open a support  ticket and ask for answers that you could not find in the Knowledge Base OR the field level help.  As you start creating a ticket you will notice that answers will also start appearing to the right, that may contain all the information you needed, without waiting for a support person to respond.
  • Projects: This is where you will put in request for new custom programs, or any questions or issues you may have dealing with your custom programming.
