Quantrax and RMEx

Quantrax Corporation is a technology company with state-of-the-art collection agency software and related products for collection agencies, law firms, hospitals, auto finance, student loans, utilities, banking or anyone that manages their own receivables. RMEx was designed and built in 1990, and its design is based on artificial intelligence and knowledge-based debt collection software. Quantrax is uniquely positioned as a result of a 30-year track record with knowledge-based collection systems for the ARM industry. In 2003, Quantrax created the most advanced dialer platform that the industry has to offer. Simply stated, it is different, and better. RMEx runs on what may arguably be the most powerful, scalable and reliable hardware platform ever built – the IBM iSeries (formerly the AS/400).

RMEx collection agency software is currently installed in environments from as few as 10 collectors, to operations with over 1000 users.

Compliance Controls

RMEx creates compliance with its account flow controls. By using RMEx to force account flow you are creating documented and guaranteed compliance. This is technical compliance as well as operational compliance. By controlling when a letter can be sent by a collector you can create compliance by using the artificial intelligence included within RMEx.

Cost Controls

The ability to create cost controls within RMEx allow you to spend more money on the more collectible accounts and less money on the least collectible accounts. This is an absolute cost control as a collector cannot override the controls want set in place. Only management can change the account flow once established.

Process Controls

The process controls included in RMEx allow you to create a dedicated process for not only account flow but also for other areas such as payment processing , reporting, client requests and vendor control. These controls are absolute and cannot be changed by anyone except management.
